TULSA, OK -- The Tulsa school board is scheduled to vote Monday.
The board will decide whether it wants to continue a lawsuit over the Oklahoma Charter Schools Act.
A judge last month rejected the district's claims that the 1999 law was unconstitutional, but the school board's attorney believes the case could wind up in the Oklahoma Supreme Court.
