TULSA, OK -- A request for a new judge has been denied in the case of a Tulsa woman convicted of killing five people during a 2007 hit-and-run.
Kimberly Graham claimed the judge was biased during her trial, so she asked for a new judge for sentencing.

But another judge denied her request.
Jurors recommended Graham spend 20 years in prison for each death, plus another seven years for leaving the scene.
Graham will be back in court May 18.
