Tulsa Man Charged With First-Degree Murder

TULSA, OK -- Police are looking for an 18-year-old Tulsa man charged with first-degree murder in connection with Tuesday's homicide.

Lawrence "Man Man" Ballard is suspected in the shooting death of 20-year-old Colby Harris about 9 a.m. at the Brightwaters Apartments.

Police say witnesses told them Ballard shot and killed Harris, but they are still seeking more information.

A warrant has been issued for Ballard's arrest. He is described as black, 5 feet 10 inches and 160 pounds. He also goes by the name George Ballard.

Anyone with information regarding Ballard's location or the homicide is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 596-COPS.
