TULSA, OK -- A teenager was seriously injured late Friday in a car-surfing incident in a Tulsa parking lot.
Shortly before midnight, two teens were car surfing at Eastland Mall, police say. An 18-year-old was on the hood of a car driven by a 16-year-old.
The driver made a sharp turn and threw the teen off the hood. His head hit the pavement and the back tires of the car ran over him, police say.
The 18-year-old was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
