Day 12 Of Jerry Raney's Preliminary Hearing

MUSKOGEE, OK -- The preliminary hearing resumes Friday in Muskogee County District Court for a Haskell man accused of killing his step-daughter.

The hearing is now entering its 12th day.

Jerry Raney is accused of killing 19-year old Sara Smart three years ago.

The judge says the last witness will probably take the stand Friday, but the hearings may not wrap up for a few more days.

So far, there have been more than 1,700 pages of witness testimony from these hearings.
