TULSA, OK -- Charges have been filed in a deadly meth lab fire at the Comanche Park Apartments.

Amber Ketcher, 28, is charged with felony murder, first-degree arson, three counts of child endangerment and manufacture of controlled substances.

Her husband, Sean Ketcher, died as a result of thermal injuries received in the March 30 fire.

Christopher Stinson, 26, and Amber Ketcher's brother, 18-year-old Bobby Warren, were also charged.

Warren told investigators Sean Ketcher said he was cooking meth because he needed extra money and a jar caught fire when Ketcher was heating it with a torch, according to court documents.

Amber Ketcher was arrested after the fire, and Warren was arrested about 6:30 p.m. Friday and booked into jail.
