Cake Ingredients:
1 box Betty Crocker Super Moist Triple Chocolate Cake Mix
2 eggs
1 c. Neighbor's Brewed Coffee, at room temperature
1 c. Garden Club mayonnaise
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all cake ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Beat on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat for 2 minutes on medium speed. Scrape bowl frequently. Pour into a 12-cup Bundt cake pan that has been greased and lightly floured. Bake for 36 minutes and remove from oven.
Glaze Ingredients:
½ stick Hiland butter
½ c. granulated sugar
1/3 c. Kahlua
Melt butter in a small saucepan. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Add Kahlua, stir and bring to a boil for 30 seconds. Top the hot cake with Kahlua mixture. Return to oven and bake 5 more minutes. Remove cake from oven and allow to cool in pan for 40 minutes. Invert onto a rack to cool completely. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.

• For best results, I like to use a non-stick ‘baking' spray - it greases and flours the pan in one quick spray!
