GRDA Lake Patrol Still Searching For Boaters

The Grand River Dam Authority Lake Patrol is continuing to search the waters of Grand River, below Pensacola Dam, Monday morning for two missing Missouri fishermen.

LANGLEY, OK -- The Grand River Dam Authority Lake Patrol is continuing to search the waters of Grand River, below Pensacola Dam, Monday morning for two missing Missouri fishermen.

The patrol continues to use sonar scanning equipment and underwater cameras in the search for the men who have been missing since last week.

Area fire and rescue departments are helping the GRDA Lake Patrol.

Officials say at about 8:00 p.m. on Monday, March 30 a fisherman notified the lake patrol of a capsized boat in the river below the dam.

The patrol began an immediate search of the area for the boat's occupants. An investigation revealed the boat had likely belonged to 47-year-old Alan Lee Long of Anderson, Missouri and 20-year-old Ricky Beeson of Noel, Missouri.
