Search For Missing Boaters At Grand Lake

LANGLEY, OK -- The Grand River Dam Authority Lake Patrol is continuing to look in the waters of Grand River, below Pensacola Dam, Tuesday morning for two Missouri men, missing since Monday evening.

In a GRDA news release, officials say at about 8 p.m., a fisherman notified the lake patrol of a capsized boat in the river below the dam. The patrol began an immediate search of the area for the boat's occupants.

The GRDA Lake Patrol says they are looking for Alan Lee Long, 47, Anderson, Missouri and Ricky Beason, 20, Noel, Missouri.

The search was called off late Monday because of severe weather in the area.  The search resumed Tuesday morning.
