Tulsa Firefighters Respond To Gas Line Incident

TULSA, OK -- Crews with the Tulsa Fire Department responded to a gas line incident Saturday morning.

Captain Michael Baker with the Tulsa Fire Department said a commercial size gas meter was struck by a vehicle at 5600 South 129th East Avenue.

The driver told crews he slid off the road and hit the meter. This resulted in a fire.

The driver was not injured.

HazMat and ONG responded to the scene.
