DEL CITY, Okla. (AP) - Three small earthquakes have been recorded in Del City.

The U.S. Geological Survey says a preliminary magnitude 2.7 quake struck at 12:24 p.m. Tuesday and a preliminary magnitude 2.5 quake was recorded 17 minutes later.

The third quake was recorded at 2:57 p.m. rated a 2.2 on the Richter Scale.

There have been no reports of injury or damage.

A magnitude 2.5 to 3 quake is generally the smallest that is felt by people.

The quake is at least the sixth earthquake felt in Oklahoma during 2009. Others were reported in Pittsburg, Grady, Coal and Lincoln counties.
