KRMG Now Broadcasting On FM Dial, Too

TULSA, OK -- Tulsa's top talk radio station hits the FM airwaves.  NewsTalk 740 KRMG fired up their FM signal at 3 o'clock Monday afternoon.

KRMG's signal strength suffers in some locations.  Managers say adding the FM band will reach more listeners, especially during severe weather.

"Prior to this flip, you actually couldn't even listen to KRMG at nighttime in Owasso. So, the fact that you can listen all the way up into Bartlesville will be a great addition to those who couldn't hear us before," said Vice President/Market Manager Dan Lawrie.

KRMG is now simulcasting on 102.3 FM.  The station was formerly Spirit 102.3, which played contemporary Christian music.
