Cars Racing Leads To Tulsa Traffic Accident

Witnesses say two cars were racing southbound on Yale, possibly in excess of 100 mph.

TULSA, OK -- Tulsa police responded to a car accident at about 8:30 Friday night at 96th South Yale.

Witnesses say two cars were racing southbound on Yale, possibly in excess of 100 mph.

Police say a third vehicle was attempting to turn westbound onto the Creek Turnpike, from northbound Yale. One of the racers hit this vehicle.

Police are trying to determine if alcohol was a factor in the accident.

Police say four people were injured the accident, two had broken bones.
