OKLAHOMA CITY -- Oklahoma's forgotten schools may hit the jackpot.
Right now, 40 school districts don't see a penny from lottery revenues.
The state house passed a plan to give those shortchanged schools a budget boost.
Schools would get lottery money based on how many students they have, not on the current complex formula that leaves some districts out entirely.
