Aquarium Opens Play Area At TIA

TULSA, OK -- No need to keep the kids occupied waiting for a flight to land at Tulsa International Airport anymore.

The Oklahoma Aquarium unveiled a new play area on Thursday afternoon.  Some lucky kids were the first to test out all the toys.

The aquarium says it gives kids a chance to explore and just have fun, plus it shows out-of-town visitors what the aquarium is all about.

"Everything represented here is immersive.  It's about the experience.  It's the sharks.  It's everything you can hands on and touch," said Greg Tatum with the Oklahoma Aquarium.

The aquarium's new play area is located in Concourse A.
