Tulsa Bakery May Be Franchised

TULSA, OK -- A Brookside bakery could soon go national.

Tulsa-based Beautiful Brands Inc. is adding The Crusty Croissant, 3629 S. Peoria Ave., to its portfolio and will start franchising it.

Crusty Croissant will be marketed as a fast-casual bakery cafe.

Beautiful Brands is the company behind Camille's Sidewalk Cafe, Coney Beach, Rex's Chicken, Freshberry Frozen Yogurt and Dixie Cream Donuts.
