OKLAHOMA CITY, OK -- Oklahoma City has received a rather unusual honor. The city has been named the third manliest city in the nation according to the Mars Candy Company.

MARS looked for the number of major league sports teams, popularity of tools and hardware and frequency of monster truck rallies in the 50 largest cities.

Then, they deducted points for things like high minivan sales, subscriptions to beauty magazines and the number of home furnishings stores in the area.

Using those criteria, only Charlotte and Nashville are manlier than OKC.
