No Charges Against Tulsa Man

TULSA, OK -- No charges will be filed against an 18-year-old man, who was arrested after a string of armed robberies.

Tulsa Police arrested Marvin Washington last week, but on Tuesday the Tulsa County District Attorney decided not to file any charges against him.

Three other people were also arrested in connection with the robberies that happened in apartment parking lots.
