1 12 oz can of tuna, drained well
1 bunch of green onions, chopped
3 jalapenos, deseeded and chopped
1 cup bean sprouts
1 cup mushrooms, chopped
1 medium tomato, chopped
3 TBS mayonnaise
¼ cup sweet pickle relish
½ tsp Old Bay seasoning
½ tsp salt
Drain tuna well and place flaked tuna in a medium bowl. Add salt, Old Bay, sweet pickle relish and mayo and mix well. Add chopped jalapenos, green onions, tomato, mushrooms and bean sprouts. Mix well. Serve on marble rye or other artisan bread with romaine and cucumber slices.
