Refunds On The Way For PSO Customers

UNDATED -- There's good news for PSO customers.  Starting with the bills that were sent out on Friday, PSO is refunding customers more than $140 million.

That breaks down to just under $7 for each customer.   Of that, $2.86 is based on a ruling from the Oklahoma Corporation Commission involving profits for PSO's parent company, AEP.

The rest is a refund on fuel costs.
