UNDATED -- Three state lawmakers are accusing the Oklahoma Department of Transportation of racial bias when it comes to awarding road contracts.
They claim ODOT hasn't awarded work since 2007 to black contractors taking part in the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program. The group wants a review of how ODOT awards contracts.
ODOT says the discrimination complaint comes as a surprise.
