Tulsa Man Questioned Following Shooting

TULSA, OK -- A Tulsa man is hospitalized after he is shot late Sunday night in both legs. 

Tulsa Police say the shooting happened during a domestic dispute at the Melrose Apartments at 6321 East 9th Street at 11 p.m. Sunday. 

Police officers say a woman and her ex-boyfriend were fighting in the parking lot when the woman's son came out with a gun.

Police say the son shot the ex-boyfriend twice, once in each leg. 

The victim was taken to a Tulsa hospital and is now in stable condition. 

"Don't know why the man was over here, he does live at another place, still trying to work out the details.  Investigation is going on and trying to find out through interviews and witnesses and the mother what happened," said Tulsa Police Captain Shawn King. 

Police say they're not sure if the victim is also the son's father. 

The suspect is in custody and is being questioned by police.
