TULSA, OK - There's a ruling from an arbitration panel handling a labor contract dispute between the Tulsa Fraternal Order of Police and the City of Tulsa.

The panel ruled on several sticking points on Thursday.

Police will receive a 3% pay hike that's retroactive to January 1st.  Tulsa Police officers can continue to take their squad cars home as long as they live within 25 miles of 41st and Yale.  And, all police officers will be required to undergo random drug testing.
