Robin Lebovitz with Shell issued the following statement concerning the supply problems:
"We are aware that some Shell-branded stations in the Tulsa area may be experiencing fuel supply and credit card processing disruptions as a result of fuel supplier Crescent Oil declaring bankruptcy on Saturday, February 7. We are working with Crescent Oil and the bankruptcy court to help them establish interim supply agreements so that other Shell-branded wholesalers in the area can begin supplying fuel to impacted Shell-branded stations. We expect the agreements to be finalized sometime today. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused to local motorists."
