UNDATED -- Northeastern Oklahoma will see more warm weather this week along with rain and strong gusty winds.
News On 6 meteorologist Alan Crone says a storm system moved the state Monday morning and another is expected by Tuesday evening.
Much of the state is under some kind of wind advisory through Tuesday evening. Some winds may gust over 55 m.p.h. in a few spots, but wide spread severe weather is not anticipated. Even with chances for rain, the strong winds and warm temperatures will make the fire danger high Monday and Tuesday.
After a short break Tuesday morning, another storm system will move into the area. This system is extremely dynamic and will have a higher likelihood of creating severe weather over portions of eastern Oklahoma by Tuesday night into early Wednesday morning.
