Broken Arrow's Superintendent Responds To Probe

BROKEN ARROW, OK -- A police investigation of Broken Arrow Public Schools continues.  Detectives are delving into criminal fraud investigations against the school district.

Broken Arrow's interim superintendent, Dr. Gary Gerber, says no one from the police department has contacted Broken Arrow Schools about the investigation.  He is also questioning the source of the documents that police are now reviewing.

"I have deep concern on the legality of how these documents were obtained," said Dr. Gary Gerber.

Dr. Gerber says the paperwork didn't come from the district. 

The school district contacted Broken Arrow Police, but they were told they couldn't talk about the investigation.
