TULSA, OK -- The NewsOn6 gets a sneak peak at what the production of "Walking With Dinosaurs" will look like.
A baby T-Rex, one of 15 life-sized dinosaurs, made an early appearance for the media, and some very excited kids Wednesday morning.
"We all have some sort of fastination with dinosaurs, so to be able to see these life-sized beasts moving around the arena floor the tallest being 36 feet tall 56 feet long, to imagine what it would have been like to walk with them, it's a pretty exciting show," said Mundi Ross, a property manager for Walking with Dinosaurs.
The show is not an exhibit like most people think. There's a musical score, there's lighting and special effects. The dinosaurs are brought to life with special mechanical suits.
The show is narrated by a paleontologist who tells the story of the dinosaurs during the ninety minute show.
The journey back in time starts Wednesday January 28th and runs through Sunday February 1st.
