Tulsa Shooting Victim Dies

TULSA, OK -- Police say a 6-year old Tulsa boy who was shot in the face Wednesday afternoon has died.

Police say Jeffery Allen died Thursday morning at a Tulsa hospital.

Police were called after the family showed up at Tulsa hospital with the boy.

An officer say Jeffrey Allen had Down's Syndrome and was in a bedroom of his home in the 800 block of North Troost, when reportedly shot himself in the face.

An investigation into the shooting continues.
