UNDATED -- Governor Brad Henry hopes changing the rules for Insure Oklahoma will allow more people to afford health coverage.
Insure Oklahoma is a program where the state government picks up 60% of health insurance premiums.
Right now, only small businesses with less than 50 employees can participate.
By March 1, the program will expand to businesses with up to 250 workers and to low-income, fulltime college students.
Insure Oklahoma is in part sponsored by The News On 6's parent company, Griffin Communications, L-L-C and the Oklahoma Health Care Authority.
