Two Sales Tax Proposals Fail

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Delaware County voters have said no to proposed tax increases.

In Delaware County a proposed one-tenth of one cent sales tax increase to pay for operations at the county jail failed.

And in Grove voters said rejected a half-cent motel/hotel tax that would've been used for tourism, industry and economic development.
