TULSA, OK -- Parenting is one of the most challenging jobs anyone can face. As parents, we try to do our best, but are often stumped in how to respond to all the questions that may arise.

One question that probably has many parents puzzled is how to protect their teens from the danger on the world wide web.

Dr. Julie Powell Thomas, a psychologist with Tulsa Developmental Pediatrics and Center for Family Psychology, offers one solution, an Internet Use Contract between parents and their children.
