UNDATED -- A man accused of killing an elderly Sand Springs couple in a May 2008 car crash wants to change his plea.
Cebon Pettie pleaded no contest to charges of first degree manslaughter in the deaths of Ben and Hughla Som de Cerff.
Last month, Pettie was sentenced to 35 years in prison, but now he wants to withdraw his plea. A judge will rule on his request later this month.
