Pawn Shop Homicide Suspect Back In Tulsa

TULSA, OK -- A suspect in a Tulsa pawn shop homicide was finally returned to Tulsa this week.

18-year-old Marquaillo Holbert was extradited Wednesday to Tulsa from Dallas, Texas where he had been held following his arrest early last year.

Holbert is charged with first degree murder in the shooting death of Cody Holmes at EZ Pawn back in April 2007.

Holbert is being held without bond in the Tulsa County jail.

This is second arrest in the case.

25-year-old Marcel Frazier was arrested four days after the killing.  Frazier is still in Tulsa County jail on a first-degree murder charge.
