TULSA, OK -- The Tulsa County Court hearing for Andrew Mathis, a man accused of driving into a crowd of people outside a Brookside Bar, has been delayed until the middle of January.
Mathis was originally scheduled to go before a judge Monday to determine if there's enough evidence to take the case to trial.
Witnesses say Mathis had been drinking and became upset when he saw his ex-girlfriend with another man Halloween night.
Two people were killed and several others hurt.
