TULSA, OK -- Tulsa Police make an arrest in a deadly weekend shooting. Arnelius Howell is being held on a first degree murder charge.
He's accused of shooting 30-year-old Jermain Nickerson in the head early Sunday morning at the Windsong Apartments.
