Accused Rapist Ordered To Pay Child Support

JAY, Okla. (AP) -- A 50-year-old man charged with raping and impregnating his 14-year-old foster daughter is being ordered to pay child support to the girl.

Timothy Joe Mountford was ordered to pay $203 a month in support and $51 a month to satisfy more than $1,600 in past child support.

The order comes after DNA testing shows there is a 99.99 percent chance Mountford is the father of the teenager's infant girl.

Mountford is charged with second-degree rape and sexual abuse of the girl who had been placed in Mountford's home after previously being sexually abused.

Mountford is currently free on $150,000 bail.
