SANTA ANA, Calif. (AP) -- One of three men charged with sending night-vision goggles to Vietnam in violation of U.S. arms control laws has been arrested.

Immigration and Customs officials say 49-year-old Liem Duc Huynh of Broken Arrow was arrested Tuesday in Tulsa on charges of conspiracy and illegally exporting defense products.

Officials say 62-year-old Dan Tran Dang, of Santa Ana, and George Ngoc Bui, a U.S. citizen living in Vietnam, have also been indicted. Dang is due to appear in court in January in California. Bui remains a fugitive.

Officials say the three men formed a Huntington Beach company that bought goggles from Win-Tron Electronics and shipped them overseas to Bui without procuring the required licenses from the federal government.

Investigators say the men exported at least 55 goggles between January 2004 and February 2005.
