Driver Arrested Following Fatal Tulsa Accident

The driver of a pickup truck has been arrested on a complaint of negligent homicide, following a fatality accident on the Keystone Expressway Monday afternoon.

TULSA, OK - The driver of a pickup truck has been arrested on a complaint of negligent homicide, following a fatality accident on the Keystone Expressway Monday afternoon.

Rogelio Rangle, 23, of Arkansas City, Kansas was arrested following the accident.

Tulsa Police say a 3-year old girl was killed in the accident, when the pickup truck lost control and overturned several times, coming to rest on its top.

Five people were inside the pickup truck at the time of the accident near 49th West Avenue and the Keystone Expressway.

In addition to the negligent homicide complaint, Rangle was booked into the Tulsa County jail on complaints of having no driver's license, no insurance verification and not using child restraints.
