TULSA, OK -- A single 18 wheeled tractor-trailer overturned shortly after 1:00 Sunday afternoon, blocking several lanes of traffic on the Broken Arrow Expressway in Tulsa.
Witnesses say they saw the trailer moving back and forth as it entered the curve at Sheridan Road on the BA Expressway.
Officials with the Tulsa Fire Department say it's possible a strong gust of wind, combined with the forces in the curve caused the truck to roll on its side.
The driver had to be rescued by firefighters. He was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
No other cars were involved in the accident.
The truck was carrying a load of apples.
