UNDATED -- Oklahoma is making a failing grade when it comes to emergency medical care. Out of five different categories on a national report card Oklahoma earned a D overall and ranked 50th in the nation.
The state received an F in the most important category: Access to Emergency Care. Its highest grade was a B- in Medical Liability Environment.
