TULSA, OK -- A Tulsa County judge agreed with the jury in Victor Miller's murder trial and sentenced him to death.
Miller was convicted in a re-trial for the 1999 deaths of Mary Bowles and Gerald Thurman. Miller's execution date is set for March 2, 2009.
