Jury Recommends 30 Years In DUI Case

TULSA, OK - Melvin Stanley, who was found guilty of hitting and killing a pregnant woman, learned his fate.

A jury recommended Stanley spend 30 years in prison for the death of Sandi Stephens.

Stephens was killed while trying to flag down help after an accident Memorial Day weekend in 2007.

Stanley could receive another five year sentence for drug charges.
