TULSA, OK - Finishing touches are being put on a mini-mansion on Friday. It's a charity chateau that will benefit Saint Francis Children's Hospital.
Crews are still hand-tiling the kitchen, while contractors install leaded glass windows and masons finish putting stone on the outside.
It was a labor of love for contractors who donated the materials and labor.
The ultimate playhouse is built to city code, with hardwood floors, plasma TV and a fire place. It's just 40% smaller than your average home.
"The trim materials, the trim labor and all the labor that's gone into it is of the highest caliber that you'd find in a million dollar house," said Hoby Ferrell, Architectural Market.
The playhouse will be auctioned off. The proceeds and maybe even the playhouse will go back to the children's' hospital.
