Steak Rub-
2 Tblspoons ground Coriander
1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
¼ Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Mix all ingredients in bowl and rub on steak before
Searing or grilling

Chimichurri
1 bunch Cilantro, chopped
1 bunch Italian Parsely, chopped
2 Cloves of garlic, chopped
1 medium Shallot, chopped
1 cup of Lemon Juice
2 cups of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¼ Teaspoon of Kosher Salt
Dash of black pepper
¼ Teaspoon of Paprika

Add all ingredients to blender, pulse for about 30 seconds in order to
Puree everything and then blend for remaining 10 seconds.
Reserve for entrée
