Charges Filed In Fatal Driving Incident

TULSA, OK -- First degree murder charges have been filed against Andrew Mathis.

Mathis is accused of driving his car into a group of pedestrians outside of a Tulsa bar earlier this month.

Mathis is charged with 2 counts of 1st-degree murder.

Tulsa Police say 30-year old Carlos Lopez Jr. and 38-year old Dennis Cox were killed in that incident.

Mathis also faces five counts of assault and battery for injuring 5 other people.
