DELAWARE CO, OK -- Two people are in custody in connection with a puppy mill discovered in Delaware County over the weekend.
Sue Davis and Randall Dick are accused of neglecting 98 dogs after authorities received an anonymous tip that led them to the puppy mill.
The dogs were starving and at least 10 of them were dead.
The USDA says Davis and Dick did not have a license to run a kennel.
The dogs were taken and transported to animal friends group in Denver, Colorado. That group is now adopting out those puppies.
