Discovery Channel To Feature Stuttgart Tornado

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - The National Weather Service says a tornado that struck Stuttgart in May will be featured next month on the Discovery Channel's "Storm Chasers."

The tornado, rated an EF3 on the Enhanced Fujita Scale, hit Stuttgart on May 10. The weather service says storm chasers were in Arkansas County when the storm struck.

No one was killed in the twister, which struck at night and damaged homes and businesses.

The episode is scheduled to air Nov. 9.
