CLAREMORE, OK -- October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and dozens of people lined up in Claremore to show their support in ink.

Rich Wallace from Secret Ink Tattoos in Claremore offered a special pink ribbon tattoo as a fundraiser for the Susan G. Komen Foundation.

Wallace was also trying to set a world record for most tattoos given in a 24-hour period, but says that would just be an added bonus.

"The foundation comes first, cause whether we beat the record or not, the money is still going to them," said Rich Wallace with Secret Ink Tattoos.

The Susan G. Komen Foundation gets $20 for every tattoo.

Wallace did not break the record.
