Sapulpa Road Project Diverts Drivers

SAPULPA, OK -- Drivers in Sapulpa may have to find another route to work for awhile.

The Oklahoma Department of Transportation is closing a section of State Highway 66 in Sapulpa.

Construction crews are shutting the road down at Independence Street until mid-February while they work to widen the road between state Highways 117 and 97.

The entire project should wrap up in the spring.
