TULSA, OK -- A 53-year old man remains in critical condition following an explosion and house fire Sunday afternoon.
Tulsa Fire Captain Michael Baker says Terrence Wood sustained burns to 45 percent of his body from the fire.
The incident happened just before 5 o'clock Sunday evening near 12th and Darlington.
The exterior wall of the home was pushed out eight inches by the force of the explosion.
Fire Captain Michael Baker says the damage to the structure is estimated at $60,000, making the home a total loss.
Tulsa Fire investigators and the Tulsa Police Department are still gathering information about this case.
